Sometimes there's a truth in what they say about lady bosses. They are just too fickle minded. How to get respected when you don't hold on to your own decisions? You need to be sure of what you've said and decided. Don't get too easily influenced by others.
And one sad thing about them is that they need to have a sidekick. I mean, you should know that being on top is a lonely position. So need to be prepared for that rite? If you are not ready to be alone, then don't be a leader.
The best conflict of the month is my birthday celebration (I'll tell you abt the others later if I have time). My kids wrote an application letter for the permission to use the hall for my birthday celebration. Not only they wrote a letter they even had a working paper. Too bad, it was not allowed.
I'm not really pissed about it being rejected. Oh I knew this since Nonie told me (my kids confided in her). Tak kisahla tuh kan? But then she asked my kids 'Kenapa nak buat untuk cikgu sorang nih? Apa yang special cikgu nih? Nanti cikgu2 lain kecik hati.'
I mean what the hell. It's up to the organisers la sapa they want to celebrate kan? We have no rights to determine which one the kids should be celebrating or what.
And helloooo mmg aku special pun. If you ask any teacher in the house, they without a doubt will understand why the kids wanted to have a party for me. After all I did for the kids, a party is just a small sacrifice on their part.
Although in the end, they managed to have one for me after all. Illegal or one we called Bersih assembly, our version haha I was led to believe that I had to go to school for library but in the end, I was ambushed by the kids.
So at the end of the day, what exactly are we teaching the kids? The kids want to appreciate their teacher but noooooo they are not allowed. To the point they had to resort to this kind of method.
They wanted to do it on Saturday nite of which they were supposed to be free so why the no answer? If you don't allow the hall to be used that's ok. But to prohibit them from even having a party on a free nite is way too much.
Oh well, jealous la tuh. That's my conclusion hahaha And the kids? What can I say? Very resourceful hahah Bravo!
